How to
A short, no-nonsense setup guide for Indonesian travelers. Works for iPhone and Android, from first purchase to landing at the airport.
Before you start
Get these sorted once and installation takes under five minutes.
The five steps
Open Destinations or Plans, filter by region or data range, and pick a plan that covers your trip length.
Tip: sort by best value to compare price per GB across countries.
Confirm delivery email, device compatibility, and pay through TemanQRIS, Pakkasir, or Xendit. Orders stay pending until payment is verified.
You will scan or pay on the next page. No delivery until the payment is confirmed.
Once payment lands, the activation file or QR code is delivered to the email you entered at checkout.
Can't find it? Check spam, then use the signed order lookup link.
On your home Wi-Fi, open the QR from another screen and scan it through the cellular settings on your phone.
Installing before you fly avoids airport network hiccups.
Switch the travel line to active, enable data roaming for it, and set it as your primary data line.
Keep your main SIM for calls, use the eSIM for data.
Device-specific setup
Compatibility
This list is a starting point. Carrier-locked phones may still block eSIM profiles.
If something goes wrong
Toggle airplane mode for 10 seconds, then re-enable. Confirm the travel line is set to mobile data and roaming is on.
Zoom in on the QR image, clean the camera lens, or use manual activation details copied from the delivery email.
Buy a top-up plan from the same destination. Most country pages list repeat purchase options.
